Shipping Information
We ship all items from our corporate office in Atlanta Georgia. Shipping method and cost is dependent on the size, weight and how fast you want your order. Orders receieved Monday through Friday will ship the same day if received by 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard time. Alaska and Hawaii will ship via US Postal Service unless otherwise agreed upon.

We ship using a variety of methods, both air and ground, US Post Office, UPS and DHL Express. We will contact you for approval before incurring any additional shipping charges. For International orders, the customer will be responsible for all taxes, duties and customs charges.

Shipments from our office in Atlanta, Georgia must be shipped via International Airborne Express, which in most cases costs about $35 and is delivered in 2-3 days.

Your order will be shipped from the Global Health Trax office in California to a special Canadian Distribution Center in Canada from where the order will be shipped directly to you at a much lower postal rate. A sales receipt will be mailed to you prior to your shipment notifying you when to expect your order.
